- Organize user problems and research findings to support new-service concepts and MVP planning.
- Create feature lists, user flows and WBS to clarify scope, priorities and next steps.
- Build and revise AI-assisted website prototypes, landing pages and UI screens.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, research summaries and visual documentation in English and Japanese.
- Coordinate feedback, testing and follow-ups with team members; support interns with assigned tasks.

- Build booking websites and Google Sheets / Apps Script workflows for concert shuttles and fan projects.
- Prepare campaign visuals, customer information and booking updates across digital channels.
